Our client, the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join their team and support ongoing maintenance and refurbishment projects.

• Assist tradespeople and co-workers across various maintenance and refurbishment tasks
• Remove domestic waste from properties, including roof spaces and external areas
• Carry out general cleaning of domestic properties and communal areas, including stairwells
• Perform minor painting and decorating duties as required
• Operate power washing equipment to clean external surfaces
• Assist scaffolders in erecting access platforms and scaffolding
• Support the installation of items such as clothesline poles
• Lift and remove heavy or bulky materials, including waste and construction debris
• Assist with basic construction and demolition work
• Transport materials and equipment to and from work sites
• Support groundwork activities, including mixing aggregates
• Clear and maintain gullies, gutters, and downpipes

Candidate will need at least one year's experience.
