Assistant Scientific Officer x 2
Location: Hillsborough
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week Monday to Friday (0845-1640)
(occasional weekend overtime on a Saturday and Sunday)
Duration: Initially 6 months with possibility of extension
Salary: £13.75 per hour

Job Role
Delivery of the scientific tasks within a range livestock production research projects. This work will include recording scientific data, operating research equipment, working with livestock and agricultural equipment (outdoor based activities), inputting and checking data on computerised systems and production of summary data/reports.
Essential Criteria
- 5 GCSE's (equivalent or higher) to include Science, Mathematics and English Language at Grades A* to C
- Knowledge and/or education in Agriculture/Farming would be desirable
