Our client is currently seeking an MTA Driver / Porter.
Hours: Full-Time,
- Mon-Thur-08.30am to 17.00 pm
- Fri-08:30am to 16:30pm
Contract Type: Rolling Contract
About the Role
This role consists of supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy healthcare facility.
You will play a vital part in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of supplies, documentation, and internal mail across the site while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Move, deliver, and collect supplies and equipment across the facility
Deliver internal and external mail and collect outgoing post
Transport medical records between departments and to off-site locations, ensuring strict confidentiality
Provide porter support, including some manual handling and lifting as required
Answer telephones and assist with reception duties when needed
Communicate courteously and professionally with patients, visitors, and colleagues
Follow all health, safety, and data protection procedures at all times
Requirements
Full, clean Irish driving licence (essential)
Garda Vetting clearance (essential)
Physically fit and capable of manual handling and lifting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Respect for confidentiality and sensitive information
