Field Service Engineer

Field Service Engineer - Munster Region

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer for a leading provider of air, vacuum, and jet wash equipment across Ireland. This is a full-time, permanent role based in the Munster region, with most travel local to customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair air, vacuum, and jet wash machines.

• Respond to breakdowns and perform routine maintenance.

• Log job outcomes and meter readings using a company tablet.

• Manage tools, parts, and stock in your service van.

• Report incidents such as machine faults, vandalism, or theft.

• Maintain health and safety standards at all times, including wearing PPE.

Candidate Requirements:

• Mechanical or electrical background with hands-on servicing/repair experience preferred.

• Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule.

• Full, clean driver's license.

• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

• Based in or near Munster, willing to travel to customer sites.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (approx. 40 hours/week).

• Some flexibility required for early starts or late finishes.

• Paid overtime available; no regular weekends or shift work.
