Relief Social Care Workers

My client, a well-established government health body. are looking for experienced and qualified Social Care Workers for relief working hours across Galway.

Key duties:

• Provide practical, emotional, and social support to clients.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Conduct needs assessments and to contribute to care plans.
• Monitor and review care plans for client needs.
• Advocate for clients and consult with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate client records and reports.
• Promote social inclusion and independent living skills.

Essential criteria:

• Level 7 or 8 degree or qualification in Social Care
• Full CORU registration (or actively progressing)
• Completed Safeguarding & Medication Management training
• Full current driving license
