Registered Manager - Children's Residential Care

💷 £49,311.08 per annum + paid additional hours

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to lead a small, therapeutic children's home supporting up to two young people.
This is a key leadership role for a professional passionate about delivering high-quality, child-centred care while ensuring full regulatory compliance and developing a confident, skilled staff team.

Key responsibilities include:
Leading high-quality care in line with Children's Homes Regulations (NI)
Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
Managing staff supervision, appraisals, and development
Ensuring positive RQIA inspection outcomes
Overseeing day-to-day operations and participating in the on-call rota
Essential criteria:
Minimum 2 years' experience in residential childcare with traumatised young people
Social Work qualification (Degree or Diploma) with 2 years post-qualifying experience
At least 1 year's staff supervision experience
Full UK or Irish driving licence
Eligible for Enhanced Access NI check
Registered with (or willing to register with) NISCC (Part 1)
