Hours: 37.5 hours per week (reasonable flexibility required)
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000

The Role

We are recruiting a Key Account Specialist to join our Belfast team, based at The Boat, Queen's Square. This role suits someone with experience in recruitment or account management who enjoys working closely with clients, managing temporary workforces, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will support key client accounts while coordinating recruitment activity, candidate care, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Workforce Delivery

  • Develop a strong understanding of client roles, culture, and assignment requirements
  • Source, interview, and assess candidates across multiple role levels
  • Deliver recruitment activity in line with resourcing KPIs
  • Complete candidate registrations in line with legal and ethical compliance requirements
  • Coordinate onboarding, inductions, and client-specific training where required
  • Issue assignment briefings, handbooks, and onboarding documentation

Client & Account Management

  • Support the Branch Manager in delivering service excellence against SLAs
  • Review client performance and contribute to manpower planning
  • Identify and recommend service improvements
  • Prepare and provide management information and SLA reporting
  • Issue and act on Client Satisfaction Surveys
  • Manage and respond to client feedback promptly

Candidate Care & Administration

  • Act as a key point of contact for temporary workers
  • Resolve issues relating to pay, attendance, performance, or conduct
  • Maintain accurate worker records and systems
  • Ensure candidates are paid correctly and on time, supporting weekly payroll clinics
  • Carry out reviews, investigations, and appraisals where required

Compliance & Quality

  • Ensure all recruitment activity meets company policy and legal requirements
  • Support monthly branch quality audits
  • Assist with client ethical and customer audits when required
  • Comply with health and safety standards at all times

  • Previous experience in recruitment or account management
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage at all levels
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Confident IT and systems experience
  • A professional, resilient, and solution-focused approach
