Staffline is recruiting 20 Production Operatives on behalf of Pilgrim's (formerly Moy Park), one of Northern Ireland's largest and most recognised food producers.
With strong order volumes and ongoing production demand, Pilgrim's is seeking reliable, motivated individuals to join their Ballymena site. Shift Options
- Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 3:00pm
OR - Rotating Shift Pattern:
- Week 1: 5 days on
- Week 2: 2 days on
- Hours: 7:00am - 7:00pm

The Role
Production Operatives will:
- Work on food production and packing lines
- Handle products in line with quality and hygiene standards
- Follow health & safety procedures at all times
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in work areas
