Job Title: Process 1 Operative
Location: Pilgrim`s Europe Ballymena
Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday 4am-1pm
Pay Rate: £12.51
About the Role:
Staffline is currently recruiting Process 1 Operatives to work onsite at Pilgrims Europe Ballymena, one of Northern Ireland's leading food production facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking ongoing work with training and long-term prospects.
Key Duties:
Working within the Process 1 area of the factory
Handling live birds in accordance with strict animal welfare guidelines
Following all health, safety, and food hygiene standards
Working efficiently to meet production targets
Operating as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For:
Willingness to work in a poultry processing environment
Reliable, punctual, and flexible with shifts
Able to carry out physical work
Strong awareness of health, safety, and hygiene
Previous experience in food production or poultry processing is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
