Adult Day Services (Farm)

Location: Co. Down
Salary: £29,577+ per annum (dependent on qualifications & experience)
Hours: 40 per week, Mon-Fri 9-5
Contract: Permanent

We're seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join our Adult Day Services. This role involves supporting adults with learning disabilities, complex needs, and behaviours of concern through meaningful daily activities, including farm-based work in a therapeutic outdoor environment.

You will play a key role in leading and mentoring staff, ensuring person-centred support, and maintaining high standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance.

Key Requirements

• QCF Level 4 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)

• NISCC registered (or eligible)

• At least 1 year's paid experience in care/support within the last 2 years

• Experience in personal care, learning disabilities, and behaviours of concern

• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

• Full UK/ROI driving licence & access to a car
