What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage and maintain client accounts with proactive relationship-building
• Contact clients regularly to ensure accurate and timely payments
• Provide clear, accurate documentation to resolve outstanding issues
• Tailor invoices to meet individual client requirements
• Take full ownership of assigned ledgers-queries, credits, reminders, reconciliations
• Provide general finance administration

About You

Essential

• 1+ year Credit Control experience
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation
• Ability to work to targets and deadlines
• Strong communication skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and AR systems

Desirable

• Experience in high-volume credit control
• AR reconciliations, credit checks, and online systems
• Experience in a finance/banking environment

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs A-C, including English & Maths
