Staffline is recruiting a Sales Development Executive on behalf of our client headquartered in Dublin. This is a permanent, field-based role.

THE ROLE|

Leveraging your pre-sales and business development experience, you will play a key part in driving the growth of the division. You will focus on expanding the customer base, increasing sales, and ensuring KPIs are consistently achieved.

This position is 95% on the road, meeting customers across the island of Ireland. Occasional meetings take place at the Dublin head office. A full clean driver's licence and flexibility for occasional overnight stays are required.

WHAT'S ON OFFER|

• Competitive base salary: €45,000 - €60,000 DOE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES|

• Manage and grow the division while promoting and selling products to existing customers
• Strengthen customer relationships and expand business with current accounts
• Build and manage a portfolio of new clients
• Identify and develop new business partnerships, collaborating closely with internal teams
• Support improvements in product availability and distribution
• Attend sales meetings and briefings as required

REQUIREMENTS|

• 3-4 years proven sales experience in an FMCG environment, ideally within the food service sector
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
• Solid IT skills and experience using CRM systems
• Confident delivering presentations
• Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide with occasional overnights
