Warehouse Operative

Staffline Recruitment Ireland is seeking a Coldstore Warehouse Operative to join our client's dynamic and growing team within a busy cold storage environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting and takes pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working in a chilled or frozen warehouse environment handling temperature-sensitive goods

• Picking, packing, and palletising orders accurately and efficiently

• Loading and unloading vehicles using manual handling techniques and/or MHE (where trained)

• Conducting quality checks to ensure goods meet required standards

• Following Health & Safety and Food Safety procedures at all times

• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in all work areas

• Recording stock movements accurately using handheld scanners or warehouse systems

• Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet operational targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a coldstore or warehouse environment (preferred but not essential)

• Valid Manual Handling Certificate (desirable)

• Forklift licence (Reach/Counterbalance) desirable but not required

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a physically demanding environment

• Good communication skills and a proactive work ethic

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if required
