Staffline Ireland is currently seeking a warehouse/forklift operate to join our client, a leading supplier to the aerospace industry, on a permanent basis at their site in Belfast.

Responsibilities:

• Goods receipt activities at main warehouse
• Manual handling and movement of stock within warehouse, operating mechanical handling equipment where required
• Stock replenishment picking for satellite warehouse vending machines (customer premises)
• Stock order picking for customer delivery
• Stock delivery and replenishment of satellite warehouse vending machines (customer premises)
• Stock delivery for customer orders
• Use of computerised business / vending machine systems
• Stock taking and cycle count activities for general stock management
• Reacting to change due to operational and customer requirements
• Liaising with commercial team regarding ad-hoc customer requirements
• Carrying out duties in a professional and timely manner
• Working in a team environment
• Working in a safe manner

Skills & Experience Required:

• Full and valid driving licence (essential)
• Forklift licence desirable (preferred)
• Previous warehouse and driving experience is highly advantageous
• Able to deliver excellent customer service
• Able to work on your own initiative
• Confident use of IT systems, with requirement to extensively interface with vending machines
• Self-motivated with a dedicated approach
• Experience of working in a team

Hours of work:

• Monday to Thursday 07:00 - 15:30
• Fridays 07:00 - 13:00

Salary:

• Up to £30,000 per annum
