AIR EXPORT COORDINATOR | NORTH COUNTY DUBLIN | PERMANENT |

Due to immense growth, our client is currently searching for a new Air Export Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Air Freight Exports Coordinator to join a fantastic team where a great salary, benefits and opportunities for progression are on offer.

THE ROLE|

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for working as part of a team in coordinating all associated operational and administrative processes within the area of exports of the Air Freight division.

Please note that this role is a fully office-based position from 9am - 5.30pm with the requirement to work weekends remotely on occasion.

RESPONSIBILITIES |

  • You will liaise with customers and stakeholders including warehouse teams, haulage agents and airlines, and coordinate the shipment bookings through to arrival and payment, ensuring operational and administrative processes are completed within the division, ensuring the company's high standard of customer service are upheld.
  • Export Customs Clearance
  • Putting into practise your knowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Aviation Security
  • Invoicing customers and processing of invoices

REQUIREMENTS |

  • Minimum 2 years' experience within Air Freight Export operations
  • Knowledge and experience of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Aviation Cargo Security
  • Ability to multitask within a busy environment
  • Good communication skills and effective planning and monitoring skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills via email and calls
  • Ability to complete 5-year background check
  • Ability to complete remote weekend duties based on business requirements 1 in 3 weeks
