Warehouse Operatives required to Pick & Pack
Job Role:
You will be required to pick & pack stock for aircraft trolley's.
All items must be accounted for & entered into computerised system.
Trolleys will then be checked & sealed & approved
General duties include cleaning, emptying waste bins & cardboard recycling.
Maintain overall productivity within designated area against section objectives and targets.
Coach and train General Assistants to department/company standards. Feedback issues to Team Leader.
Resolve conflict/provide solutions by exercising high levels of influencing, negotiation and communication skills. Lead and participate in staff briefings.
£13.50ph (double time on bank holidays)
Hours of work 8am-4:30pm
7 Days per week on a rotational working pattern - 4 days on & 2 off (houses can change due to operational reasons)

Location: Beside Belfast International Airport Crumlin
Due to the nature of this role hours may vary
Required Criteria:
Basic Access NI required
Must be able to produce 5 years reference history without any breaks
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
