Our client is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Van Sales Operative to join their team in Monaghan. This role involves picking and loading customer orders, delivering to a well-established client base, and providing excellent service on your delivery route.
No cold calling required.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick and prepare customer orders each morning at the warehouse.
Load the van with prepared orders for daily deliveries.
Deliver goods to existing customers across Monaghan, Tyrone, Armagh, and Cavan.
Obtain customer signatures via handheld device upon delivery.
Handle small amounts of paperwork related to deliveries.
Manage basic cash handling where required.
Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with all customers.
Ensure the vehicle is kept clean and in good working order.
Requirements:
Full clean driving licence.
Previous experience in a delivery or van sales role is an advantage.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Basic literacy and numeracy skills for paperwork and cash handling.
Familiarity with Monaghan and surrounding counties is a plus.
