Training Documentation Specialist

Context

The nature of food and beverage production requires a high degree of process standardisation and compliance with various regulatory standards. To achieve this, it is critical that the Nangor Road site have appropriate high quality and standardised training procedures.

Purpose of the Role

Manage site training procedures and resources, including:

* Creation of site training documentation, including but not limited to SOPs, OPLs and job aids.
* Management of regular and timely reviews of training documentation
* Administration and record keeping of training documentation
* Administering training to key stake holders within the company

Essential:

The role holder must:

• Have experience in creating training documentation and standards to a high level.
• Be proficient in documentation creation and formatting using Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word.
• Be able to communicate effectively with subject matter experts to identify and capture key procedures and processes.
• Be proficient in designing and creating useful and use able training documentation and resources using a range of multimedia.
• Be proficient in the navigation and use of controlled document systems.

The role holder should ideally have experience of working in a manufacturing environment.
