What you'll do:
* Learn hands-on butchery skills from day one
* Work as part of a team in a fast-moving production environment
* Earn and grow your skills every week - from knife handling to quality checks
* Build confidence and discipline that set you up for life
Training & Progression:
* 12-week structured programme to learn the basics
* One-to-one support and mentoring
* NVQ Level 2 in Meat & Poultry Industry Skills (with chance to progress to Level 3)
