TRADE COUNTER ASSISTANT | PERMANENT | OFFALY
Our client is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Trade Counter Assistant / Sales Advisor to join their team in Tullamore. In this front-line role, you'll deliver excellent service at the Trade Counter and over the phone, helping customers with product advice, orders, and queries. This is a full-time role Mon-Fri with occasional Saturdays with a very attractive salary.
RESPONSIBILITIES|
Deliver excellent service in line with company standards
Advise customers on product selection, highlighting benefits and technical features
Process and follow up on customer quotes efficiently
Handle cash and use our in-house stock system accurately
Assist with merchandising and maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised shop
Communicate effectively with suppliers on product availability and delivery
Support the External Sales Team with customer and stock queries
EXPERIENCE|
- Proficient with IT
- Sales of DIY & plumbing materials (1 year)
- Customer service role (1 year)
- Cash handling (1 year)
