Are you a confident communicator with strong sales instincts and a passion for the food industry? We are looking for a driven Tele Sales Executive to join a busy, customer-focused sales team. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Limerick.

Partnering with trusted local and international producers, they cater to a diverse client base, including hospitality, catering, health care, education, and retail sectors. Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to an existing client list to take daily and weekly orders;
  • Up-sell and introduce new product lines to customers;
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and friendly service;
  • Work closely with field sales reps and other departments to ensure seamless service;
  • Identify sales opportunities and meet personal and team sales targets;
  • Keep accurate records of calls, orders, and customer interactions in the system;
  • Provide feedback on customer trends, needs, and competitor activity.

Criteria

  • Previous experience in tele sales or customer service, ideally within the food industry;
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner;
  • Confidence in up-selling and promoting new products;
  • Solid IT skills for managing orders and updating customer records.
