At Staffline Recruitment we are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Stores Technician to take up a permanent position located in Dundalk, Co. Louth. This a super opportunity to join a global company who are market leading experts in sourcing industrial supplies.

Reporting to the Site Manager, the purpose of the role is to support the current stores team in all aspects of their day to day activities and responsibilities. The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of general stores functionality and also strong administrative and communication skills.

Key duties will include:

• Complying with Health & Safety
• Liaising with Engineers and other Client staff
• Goods in & out activities
• Cycle counting
• Picking, Issuing & returning of parts
• Deliver the agreed metrics to support the benchmarking of site
• Monitor emails for site requests
• Carry out customer/site specific requests in line with contractual agreement
• Liaise with suppliers
• Other ad hoc duties

Interested applicants will meet the following requirements:

• 2 - 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Strong stores background with excellent administrative skills
• Previous Pharma & GMP experience an advantage
• Proficiency using ERP systems ie SAP, Maximo, Oracle etc
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask, work to deadlines and work under pressure
• Excellent Communication Skills both verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner
• Fluency in English essential and must be confident in dealing with clients and vendors
• Flexible approach to all areas of the role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel an advantage

This permanent role will offer a salary in the region of €32,000 - €35,000, depending on experience and immediate interviews will be held for suitable candidates.
