SKILLED KNIFE OPERATIVES

FULL TIME (40 HOURS + PER WEEK, OVERTIME AND BONUS AVAILABLE)

Pay Rate:

£11.44 - £13 Per Hour + BONUS + Overtime & Holiday Pay

Working hours:

40 HOURS PER WEEK

Days 7am - 4pm

Evenings 4pm - 12am

Job Duties:
- Using knife to cut or trim beef or lamb
- Ensuring that the product is at its highest quality to meet customers specification
- Handling meat and using a scale
- Working as part of a team
- Cutting, scale work and other general production duties
