Sales Assistant

Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Sales Assistant on behalf of a large independent retailer of high-quality garden rooms, hot tubs, saunas, and wellness products. The Sales Assistant will play a key role in supporting sales of the garden rooms, luxury hot tubs, composite decking and indoor saunas - while also helping with the administration and coordination that keeps the branch running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers, answering enquiries, and helping them learn more about the products
• Recording and managing customer details on the CRM system
• Following up customer enquiries and maintaining accurate records
• Assisting with showroom presentation and product displays
• Coordinating appointments and follow-ups for the Sales Manager
• Supporting with day-to-day admin, filing, and data entry
• Ensuring every customer enjoys a warm, professional experience from first visit to final purchase
• Any other duties role may involve

Person Specification:

• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Confident communication and customer service abilities
• A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
• Team player with excellent time management skills
