Retail Store Manager

We are excited to partner with a leading retailer, who pride themselves on providing exceptional quality, great value food, clothing and homeware to millions of customers around the world, as they recruit for a Retail Store Manager for their site in Enniskillen, Co Fermanagh.

The Role:

As the Retail Store Manager, you will

• Ensure profitability across the store
• Deliver operational excellence to maximise product availability, minimise stock and cash loss across the store
• Deliver exceptional standards and service
• Identify and deliver improvements throughout the store
• Create the right culture via excellent leadership skills
• Give clear direction to your direct reports
• Build a diverse and talented team which supports growth
• Regularly review individual performance, celebrate successes and mange under performance
• Ensure all processes and procedures are adhered to, in line with company process and policy

Requirements:

As the Retail Store Manager, you will have

• At least 3 year's experience in a fast-paced Retail environment
• Proven ability to lead a high performing management team
• Substantial understanding and up to date knowledge of commercial, visual, operational and people processes and systems
• Ability to use all available data and MI to identify commercial, visual, cost savings and customer opportunities to increase profit
• Proven ability to plan and review weekly, monthly and quarterly timeframes
• Ability to constantly deliver under pressure demonstrating high levels of resilience
• Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to inspire others as well as have difficult conversations
