Recruitment Consultant - Lisburn
Location: Lisburn
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (reasonable flexibility required)
Salary: £25,000 base | OTE £35,000-£40,000

What You'll Be Doing
Sales Activity & Business Development
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Achieve sales and gross profit targets in line with KPIs
- Conduct client visits and follow up on all business leads
- Support the preparation of proposals and tenders, and negotiate fees in line with company policy
- Proactively source and attract candidates through various platforms
Client Relationship Management
- Build and manage client relationships, understanding their recruitment needs
- Coordinate vacancy management and provide site-level support where required
- Maintain accurate client data including headcount, attrition, and structure
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across Staffline divisions
- Produce client reports, deliver satisfaction surveys, and present strategic recommendations
Candidate Management
- Build talent pools and source candidates for live and future roles
- Pre-screen and register candidates in line with weekly KPIs
- Prepare candidates for interviews and conduct skills assessments
- Offer insights on company culture, career progression, and expectations
- Manage offers, negotiate terms, and support onboarding
- Submit speculative CVs and maintain high standards of candidate quality
Compliance & Quality
- Adhere to Staffline's Quality Management System (QMS)
- Maintain professional standards across all communication
- Complete candidate vetting, reference checks, and compliance documentation
- Accurately maintain CRM records and ensure full process adherence
- Mentor team members and support management with coaching, induction, and leadership when required
What You'll Bring
Essential Criteria
- At least 1 year of experience in a recruitment consultancy role (within the last 5 years), or
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales (within the last 5 years) in a target-driven environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and wider MS Office suite
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade A-C (or equivalent), including English and Maths
