Quality Systems Engineer

Staffline Recruitment is hiring a Quality Systems Engineer based in Mayo for a Medical Device organisation.

It is a full-time, permanent position on-site. This position requires experience in both internal and external auditing.

Key Responsibilities

• Support quality goals and business growth throughout the business.

• Collect and share quality system results (KPIs and metrics).

• Review and follow up on problems and improvements (CAPAs, Deviations, OOS).

• Help run and support client quality audits.

• Lead the Internal Audit Program - plan, track, and follow up on actions.

• Organize and track training programs to ensure staff meet requirements.

• Suggest and support continuous improvements in quality systems.

• Work with other departments to share information and improve performance.

Requirements

• At least 2 year's experience in Quality Assurance in the pharmaceutical/ biopharmaceutical industry.

• A degree in science, engineering, or business (preferred).

• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to see the bigger picture.

• Willing to travel for company business when needed.
