Job description
Purchase Ledger Clerk
Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm; Friday 9am - 4 - 4:30pm
Salary: depend on experience (27-28K)
Responsibilities:
- Matching, checking & coding invoices,
- Matching invoices with purchase orders dockets using company App
- Setting up new supplier accounts and maintain existing,
- Data entry and filing invoices,
- Dealing with suppliers' when required,
- Any other duties deemed necessary by management to facilitate running office.
Essential Criteria:
- Working experience of Sage 50 Accounts Professional,
- Previous experience of working within an account's office,
- Excellent communication and organisational skills,
- Ability to meet deadlines,
- Self-discipline,
- Pleasant telephone manner.
Experience of working in civil engineering environment will be an advantage
