Job description

Purchase Ledger Clerk

Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm; Friday 9am - 4 - 4:30pm

Salary: depend on experience (27-28K)

Responsibilities:

  • Matching, checking & coding invoices,
  • Matching invoices with purchase orders dockets using company App
  • Setting up new supplier accounts and maintain existing,
  • Data entry and filing invoices,
  • Dealing with suppliers' when required,
  • Any other duties deemed necessary by management to facilitate running office.

Essential Criteria:

  • Working experience of Sage 50 Accounts Professional,
  • Previous experience of working within an account's office,
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills,
  • Ability to meet deadlines,
  • Self-discipline,
  • Pleasant telephone manner.

Experience of working in civil engineering environment will be an advantage
