Staffline Recruitment Ireland are delighted to be recruiting for one of Irelands leading Metal Recycling and Demolition companies. Our client, which is family ran, value their business on Professionalism, determination and loyalty. We are seeking applications for a Project Manager to join their growing team with many projects in the pipeline.

Oversee multiple Demolition & Strip out projects

  • Initial site setup including planning of crew, plant, materials, trucks, waste skips…ect
  • Handover project to site manager ensuring all drawings, specifications and design information are in place. All Safety documentation is in place (AF2, RAMS, Induction forms, GA1, GA2s…etc)
  • Oversee Site mangers throughout the project, ensure all relevant documentation is in place and daily reports are complete in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Attend site meetings and liaise with Client / Design Team, as/if required.
  • Liaise between Company Management and Site Management, assist in procurement of materials & subbies and approving payments.
  • Travel to multiple sites, as required, to ensure all projects run efficiently. Coordinate trucks & man power between projects.
  • Assist Company Management with O&Ms, Handover Files and final accounts at competition of works.
  • Ensure any works outside of the scope are highlighted in advance and variations agreed prior.
  • Liaise with Plant & Logistics Manger to ensure all plant is in good order, serviced and certified. Plan truck runs and deliveries in advance with P&LM.
  • Weekly meetings with Company Management to plan ahead and discuss up coming projects and assist with programming of same.

Requirements

  • 3rd Level Construction Degree / Trade qualification
  • Min 5yrs experience in Site / Project Management
  • Good knowledge of Plant, Temporary Works, Waste Management & Construction.
  • Flexibility to Travel, overnight stays required from time to time
