Customer Service Representative

Join a growing team in Shannon! My client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to play a key role in our front-office operations. As part of a collaborative team comprising production, procurement, and engineering professionals, you'll have the opportunity to progress your career in a dynamic organization with global expertise and local presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Host customer calls, emails, and meetings, both on-site and off-site.
  • Manage customer orders through our portal and ERP system.
  • Facilitate communication between customers and internal departments.
  • Process reports on delivery, forecasting, and sales performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators for the Customer Service Department.
  • Manage the quotation process and ECN liaising with customers.
  • Assist in managing the "Hub" system for customers, including paperwork and distribution.
  • Identify improvement areas and implement changes in customer service functions.
  • Collaborate within the team to ensure day-to-day functions and customer care are upheld.
  • Occasional national and international travel may be required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with customer success and relationship management software.
