Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Production Operatives. This role is offered by Staffline Recruitment Ireland in collaboration with our esteemed client, Avondale Foods, known for its commitment to quality and innovation in the food industry.

Shift:
Sunday to Thursday, 10:30 PM - 8:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently operate production line equipment and machinery.
• Maintain a clean workspace and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Monitor the production process and perform basic quality checks.
• Accurately pack finished products and prepare them for shipment.
• Promptly report equipment faults and production issues to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with the team to meet production targets.

Requirements:

• No prior experience necessary; full training will be provided.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of health and safety principles.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
