Our Client, A Large Public Sector Organisation based in Portrush require a PlayPark Attendant
Role: PlayPark Attendant
Rate of Pay: £11.89
Location: Portrush
Hours: Approximately 20-25 hours
Duration: Temporary
MAIN PURPOSE OF POST;
- The punctual opening and secure closure of facility in accorance with normal hours of service and any irregular bookings/special events.
- Monitoring of the heating, lightening, and security systems of the facility.
- Ticket sales, confectionary sales etc, collection of monies and completing of return sheets
- Key Holder
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Liaise with relevant departments in relation to facility bookings.
- Accounting for and signing of all monies received with Resorts Officer.
- Monitoring stock and equipment levels.
- Issuing of facility equipment.
- Cleaning of facility both inside and outside (As per operating procedures)
- Ensure that all facility bins are emailed on a regular basis and remain in a use able condition throughout the hours of services.
- Ensure that all areas both inside and outside are kept litter free throughout the hours of service.
- Regular inspection of building and facilities for the purpose of maintenance and safety monitoring. (As per operating procedures)
- Record and report maintenance and safety issues as instructed.
- Issue First Aid supplies as necessary.
- Record and report accidents/incidents as instructed.
- Mentoring of new staff in their respective roles, e.g short term ticket clerk and replacement staff.
- Any other related duties, as instructed.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- At least 2 years experience of working with the general public.
- At least 2 years experience of handling cash.
- At least 2 years of key holding responsibilities.
