Caretaker

Our Client, A Large Public Sector Organisation based in Coleraine require a Caretaker to join their team.

Role : Caretaker

Location : Bushmills

Hours of work : 4 hrs on a Saturday

Hourly Rate : £11.89

Main Purpose of Post

• Responsible for the opening and closing of the pavilion and being in attendance when facilities are in use by the public.
• Responsible for the security of the building and for ensuring that conditions of letting are observed.
• Responsible for cleaning the pavilion and ensuring the building is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.
• To ensure operation of systems within the pavilion incuding the heating.
• Assisting with user groups of the pavilion as required.
• Identify and report any maintenance requirements.
• Such other duties as may be allocated from time to time.
