Administrator | Part Time | Bray

The Client: Our client who is based in Bray Co Wicklow have a requirement for a part time Administrator to join their team. The role will be offered on an on-going temporary basis, however, there may be an opportunity to extend on a long-term basis, depending on business requirements.

The Role: The purpose of this role is to provide administration support. The main responsibilities are data entry, accuracy and attention to detail.

Duties:

* Providing daily clerical support
* Data entry
* Answering the telephone, dealing effectively with queries
* Undertaking general office administration including, filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning, sending mail and general clerical work
* Accuracy and strong attention to detail

Hours of work: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 9am to 5pm (Days are flexible)

Length of contract: Weekly ongoing with the possibility of further extension/permanency

Requirements:
* Previous experience in data entry/admin highly desirable
* Microsoft Excel / Office
* Good telephone manner
