Night Porter

Role: Night Porter

Pay Rate: €15/hr

Shift Pattern: 8pm -8am, 3-4 nights per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Assistance: Help guests with their luggage during check-in and check-out.
• Maintenance: Ensure common areas such as the lobby, hallways, and dining areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Security: Monitor the premises to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.
• Customer Service: Provide information about the B&B's services and local attractions, and assist with any guest inquiries or requests.
• Support Staff: Assist other staff members with tasks as needed, such as setting up for breakfast or events.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage and stand for extended periods.
• Customer Service: A friendly and helpful attitude to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure cleanliness and maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
