Leisure and Fitness Associate

Location: Comber Leisure Centre

Pay Per Hour: £14.35 per hour

Hours: Casual shifts 1-5 per week depending on workload

MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• To supervise users the gym suite, Take inductions for new members
• To take small gym-based classes Cover all different areas of the centre when required, i.e reception,
• To take classes where applicable on the exercise timetable
• To clean & maintain cleaning standards of all areas of the centre & sign off work accordingly
• Cover breaks for co-workers
• Cashing up duties (reception)
• Room/Equipment set ups & take downs for various bookings
• Engage with members in a positive manner which encourages member retention
• Good Teamwork & Communication is Essential

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

Must have a minimum of Level 2 Qualification in Fitness Instructing

Must have at least one level 2 group exercise class qualification such as -

• Indoor cycle
• Circuits
• Kettlebells
• RT24
• Yoga
• Pilates
• Body Pump
• Boxercise
