Job Title: Helpdesk Administrator
Location: Belfast - Fully Onsite
Salary: £24,500 starting
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours:

  • Monday-Thursday: 8:00am - 4:45pm

  • Friday: 8:00am - 12:45pm

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Helpdesk Administrator to join a busy, professional team in Belfast. You will be trained to work with our in-house FM software package, helping to ensure that our systems and information are accurate and up to date in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Logging and updating calls in the FM software package

Sending and responding to emails

  • Raising and closing jobs in the system

  • Raising purchase orders for the supply chain

  • Updating notes on job progress in real-time

  • Answering phone calls and liaising with engineers and clients

  • Full training will be provided

Essential & Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office

  • Strong team-working skills

  • Previous experience in a helpdesk role

  • Good telephone manner and understanding of customer care

  • Experience with CAFM systems is advantageous
