Job Title: Harbour and Marina Assistant
Location: Portrush, Coleraine, Rathlin, Ballycastle
Pay: £12.69 per hour (first 12 weeks) | £13.26 per hour (after 12 weeks)
Shifts: Various (rota basis) Monday - Sunday, including weekends and bank holidays (20-40 hours per week on average)

About the Role:
The Harbour and Marina Assistant role is a fantastic opportunity to work in a unique and dynamic environment, ensuring smooth operations at our busy harbours and marinas. You will be responsible for providing assistance to marina users, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting daily marina operations, including vessel berthing and mooring.
- Assisting visitors and harbour users with enquiries.
- Carrying out routine inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Processing payments and handling cash transactions.
- Reporting any maintenance or safety issues as required.
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum of one year's experience in a marine/harbour environment.
- At least one year's experience in a customer-facing role, including cash handling.
- GCSE English and Maths (Grade C or above) or equivalent.
- Must be able to swim.
