Guest Reservations & Revenue Executive

Staffline Recruitment is hiring a Guest Reservations & Revenue Executive for the hospitality industry.

This role is a full-time, permanent position based in Leitrim, offering great opportunities for career progression.

Requirements

• Handle enquiries by phone, email, or social media.
• Prepare quotes, take deposits, confirm bookings, and record all details accurately.

• Keep the booking system up to date with correct prices and availability.

• Work on reception two weekends per month.

• Gather feedback and help improve guest satisfaction.
• Inspect the area and report any maintenance or housekeeping issues.

• Prepare housekeeping schedules and check that rooms are ready on time.

• Take part in monthly stock counts for the café, shop, and housekeeping.

• Help with ordering and tracking deliveries.

• Support weddings, corporate events, and music nights as needed.

Requirements

• 1-2 years' experience in a hotel, reception or reservations
• Experience using booking or property management systems (e.g. Little Hotelier, Mews)
