The Role
As a Financial Services Administrator, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional client service and supporting financial advisers with client reviews, communications, and documentation.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing and executing the client review process from start to finish
- Liaising with clients to gather information and schedule meetings
- Preparing review packs and valuations for adviser meetings
- Processing response forms and ensuring advisers are briefed and prepared
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
- Assisting with data cleansing, cash audits, and other centralised support tasks
- Adhering to compliance processes and FCA requirements
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year experience in an IFA or Wealth Management environment
- Strong knowledge of financial planning products and services
- Familiarity with FCA rules and compliance processes
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, client-first attitude with a collaborative mindset
