Are you a skilled finance professional with strong leadership abilities and a keen eye for detail? We're seeking a Finance Supervisor to join our client's team and oversee the day-to-day operations of their finance department. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about driving efficiency, accuracy, and financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide a team of finance staff, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial tasks
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, and forecasts, providing insights to support management decisions
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and internal controls
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors when required
• Drive process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency within the finance function

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (professional certification such as CPA/ACCA/CIMA is a plus)
• Proven experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP and ERP systems
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
