Sales Administrator | Dublin 18 | Immediate Start

The Client: Based in South Dublin, our client is a busy and dynamic advertising company. We have immediate requirement for a Sales Administrator to join our client's team, located in Dublin 18. The role will be offered on a temporary ongoing basis initially, however, there may be an opportunity to extend on a long-term basis, depending on business requirements.

The Role: The purpose of this role is to support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments.

Duties:

• Coordinate and process sales orders

• Maintain and update customer records

• Generate quotes, invoices, and reports

• Respond to customer inquiries

• Support the sales team with administrative tasks

• Collaborate with logistics, finance, and customer service teams

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm | Hybrid Working 2 days in office 3 days at home

Length of contract: 3-6 months initially with the possibility of further extension/permanency

In Return:

• Hourly rate within the region of €16.00 - €18.00 per hour
• Weekly payroll
• Opportunity to apply for long-term/permanent positions internally
