Distribution and Logistics Administrator

DISTRIBUTION AND LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATOR | FINGLAS | PERMANENT

I am working with a wonderful client based in Finglas who are searching for a permanent Distribution and Logistics Administrator

THE ROLE|

You will be assisting with the admin support reporting to the Operations Manager in a busy distribution department.

The role is an office-based role Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES|

• Points of contact for any order or delivery updates, liaising with all operational areas and customers as required.
• Assigning customer orders and notifying customers of their updates
• Working in close partnership with the Transport and Warehouse Managers.
• Communicating with Transport Manager and relevant personnel effectively ensuring all requirements are met only a daily basis.
• General logistical administration duties as required.
• Distribution of all scheduling master sheets.

REQUIREMENTS |

• Previous 2 years' experience within an office based logistics and customer service environment
• Proficient in MS Office including Excel with previous experience in working with WMS
• Strong ability to compile data and information into reports and update records
