Location: Belfast (with regular travel)

About the Role
As Director, you'll lead efforts to secure over £4 million in annual funding, managing Co-operation Ireland's fundraising and communications strategies. Reporting to the CEO, you will engage high-profile partners across the UK, Ireland, and the USA to sustain and grow our impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute fundraising strategies, with a target of securing £1 million+ annually from multiple sources.
  • Lead branding and communication efforts to increase Co-operation Ireland's visibility.
  • Inspire and manage a cross-functional team to achieve targets in fundraising and communications.
  • Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships, including government bodies, corporations, and community partners.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in raising significant funds (£2 million+) and in strategic communications.
  • Experience in managing teams and building partnerships within public, private, and philanthropic sectors.
  • A degree in business, communications, or a related field, with 5+ years in a senior fundraising or communications role.
