My client, a global insurance broker, is on the lookout for a dynamic Account Manager to join their high-performing Belfast team. You'll work alongside industry experts to place complex commercial risks, offer expert advice to clients, and manage a diverse portfolio with precision and care.

• Placing a wide range of commercial risks into the market.
• Providing expert advice on insurance needs to a varied client base.
• Managing mid-term adjustments, renewals, and client queries with efficiency and professionalism.
• Collaborating closely with insurer partners and internal stakeholders.
• Ensuring accurate file management and maintaining client confidentiality.

What You Bring:

• Solid experience in commercial or corporate insurance account handling.
• Confidence managing technical insurance matters and complex client portfolios.
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to build trust at all levels.
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a genuine desire to deliver exceptional service.
• CII qualified or actively working towards qualification.
