At Staffline Recruitment we have a fantastic opportunity available for a Clerical Officer / Graduate to take up a permanent position with a prominent Public Sector body.
This permanent position will be based in the organisation's office in Athlone and will offer a hybrid working model of 2 days per week working from home. The successful candidate will be a motivated and enthusiastic individual ready to kick start their career within a dynamic organisation offering excellent long term career progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- To provide a high quality and efficient administrative service to the Department Manager, (including diary management, events, logistics, marketing materials and CRM data).
- To work with Project Executives and Department Management to gather key metrics and data related to organisational performance and to ensure that such activities are performed.
- To help prepare high quality presentations and other marketing material.
- To ensure dignity, respect and equality are applied throughout the organisation and that a work life balance in the workplace is supported as much as possible.
- To ensure that continuous learning and development is undertaken through informal and formal learning and participation in the Performance Management and Development Review Process.
- To demonstrate flexibility in undertaking additional tasks as may be assigned.
Interested applicants will meet the following requirements:
- In depth knowledge of Microsoft computer packages, proficiency and experience in the use of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential together with the ability to use social media platforms.
- A third level qualification, or currently working towards a higher education qualification is desirable.
- Ongoing flexibility and interest in career progression and development via opportunities which may arise internally.
- Aspects of this role will require travel and working outside of normal office hours.
- A full driving license is desirable.
This permanent role will have a salary scale starting at €27,304 rising with service to €45,029 along with a hybrid working model and benefits
