C&B MANAGER | TRIM | PERMANENT
Are you passionate about best in operations practice and have experience within a hotel and guiding a team?
Our client is a successful hotel located in Meath, is searching for a C&B Manager to join their Team on a Permanent basis.
There is flexibility within the working schedule for this role and the successful candidate with be supervising operations working an average of 45 hours per week, 5 days over 7 to include some weekends and public holidays.
ON ANY ONE DAY YOU WILL:
- Work alongside the General Manager where you will manage all aspects of conference, banqueting and events operations as well as being responsible for leading the staff in these areas
- Coordinating with the sales, kitchen and F&B teams to ensure events planned well
- Assisting with setting annual budgets, targets and strategy planning for the business
- Ensuring company policies and procedures regarding health and safety and HACCP standards and plans are met
- Ensuring excellent customer service is provided and guests' expectations are exceeded.
- Managing weekly meetings within the departments
WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:
- Previous 3 years' solid experience in a similar role or have previous experience in managing large operations within a F&B Manager role or Bar Manager role
- Excellent knowledge of all departments within the hotel with a particular emphasis on food/beverage and sales/events management
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Previous people supervisory experience with strong people management skills and financial acumen
- Strong skills with effective communication skills with the ability to lead your team and develop relationships
