Car Sales Executive

About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Car Sales Executive to join their dynamic sales team in Dundalk. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and the drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in the showroom, over the phone, and online to identify their vehicle needs and preferences
• Present, demonstrate, and sell new and used vehicles in a professional and customer-focused manner
• Manage the entire sales process from enquiry to handover, ensuring an excellent customer experience
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on all models, features, and finance options
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Ensure all administration and documentation is completed accurately and efficiently

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive or vehicle sales (essential)
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused
• Full, clean Irish driving licence
