We are currently recruiting an experienced Area Sales Manager on behalf of a leading organisation in the construction and building materials sector. This is an exciting opportunity to represent high-quality company across the Irish market.
You'll be responsible for growing business with contractors, distributors, and house builders, securing specifications and supporting project delivery from early stages to completion.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in field-based B2B sales, ideally within construction or building products
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of engaging with house builders, contractors, and distributors
Familiarity with the construction project life cycle, tendering, and specification processes
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Confident working independently and managing a regional sales patch
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
The Role:
Drive revenue and market share across your assigned territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and developers
Track projects from specification through to completion
Identify new business opportunities and manage key accounts
Collaborate with internal technical and commercial teams
Provide regular updates through CRM and contribute to sales reporting
