Location: Monaghan
Are you an ambitious Architect or Architectural Technologist looking to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a talented professional to join our clients team in Monaghan, working on a variety of exciting projects from concept to completion.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Collaborate with clients to develop project briefs
- Design and develop concepts using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp & Photoshop
- Advise on materials, technologies & construction processes
- Prepare planning applications & liaise with local authorities
- Develop tender & construction documents
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality & compliance
- Stay up to date with industry standards & innovations
